Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Champion Webmasters (legal entity name, “we”, “us”) when you subscribe to a plan. Creating an account or making a payment means you accept them.
1. What we provide
We design, build, host and maintain a website for your business on a monthly subscription. There is no separate build fee and no fixed-term contract. What is included depends on your plan:
- Essentials — $89.99 per month. A custom website, a Google Business Profile created and verified for you, foundational on-page SEO, Google indexing with sitemap and schema markup, appointment scheduling, hosting, and 2 content edits per month.
- Professional — $249 per month. Everything in Essentials, plus hosting with proactive updates and monitoring, 7 content edits per month, ongoing management of your Google Business Profile, contact forms with lead alerts, CRM and email integrations, and an AI receptionist covering 250 minutes of calls a month plus SMS.
- Premium — $349 per month. Everything in Professional, plus managed Google and Meta advertising campaigns, campaign landing pages, creative and copy testing, full-funnel conversion tracking, a dedicated account manager, a monthly strategy call, a CRM managed for you, and an AI receptionist covering 500 minutes of calls a month plus SMS in place of the Professional allowance.
Typical delivery is around five working days for Essentials, about two weeks for Professional and about three weeks for Premium, measured from your first payment. Those timings depend on how quickly you send us content and feedback, so they are targets rather than guarantees.
2. Content edits
Each plan includes a set number of content edits per month — text changes, image swaps, adding or updating a page section, and similar. An allowance covers the calendar month it falls in and confirm: do unused edits roll over, or expire at month end?. Work beyond your allowance, or work that amounts to a redesign or a new feature build, is quoted separately and agreed before we start.
3. Fees and billing
- Your first payment is the full monthly price. Nothing is prorated for a partial month, and there is no setup fee, trial period or deposit.
- Your billing cycle starts the day you subscribe and renews automatically on the same day each month until you cancel.
- Payment is by card through Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.
- Changing plans means cancelling your current plan and subscribing to the new one, which is charged at its full price from the day it starts. We do not prorate plan changes in either direction.
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT that may apply.
If a payment fails, we will retry and email you. If it stays unpaid, we may suspend the site and the services attached to it until the account is settled.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, with no notice period and no exit fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your site stays live until then. Because a period is never refunded in part, cancel before renewal if you do not want the next month.
Hosting is part of the subscription, so when it ends your site stops being served. Before that happens: confirm what a leaving client gets — an export of their content? the design files? help pointing the domain elsewhere?
We may suspend or end an account for non-payment, for misuse of the service, or for conduct that is abusive towards our team. If we end an account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part of the current month.
5. Your domain
Your domain name is yours. If you already own it we will connect it; if we register one on your behalf it is still registered to you, and you can transfer it away at any time.
6. What you are responsible for
- Providing content that is accurate, lawful, and yours to use — including having the rights to any text, images, logos or trademarks you send us.
- Keeping your account password secure and telling us if it is compromised.
- Making sure your business complies with the rules that apply to it, including any licensing, advertising or consumer-protection requirements in your industry.
- Reviewing what we publish and telling us promptly if something is wrong.
7. Ownership
You keep ownership of everything you send us. Once your account is paid up, you own the text, images and page content of your finished site.
We keep ownership of the underlying templates, code frameworks, components and tools we reuse across clients — a subscription is a licence to use them while it is active, not a transfer. confirm: if a client leaves, may they take the built site elsewhere, or only their content?
We would like to show your site in our portfolio and case studies. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not.
8. Advertising budgets (Premium)
On Premium, the monthly fee covers strategy, creative, campaign management, optimisation and reporting. It does not include the advertising spend itself. You set your own ad budget, it is billed separately by Google or Meta to your own payment method, and you can change or stop it whenever you like. Advertising results depend on your market and budget, and we cannot guarantee any particular outcome.
9. Third-party services
Your site depends on services we do not control, including hosting, payment processing, domain registration, analytics and advertising platforms. Their outages, policy changes or account decisions are not something we can be responsible for, though we will help you work around them.
10. Availability
We aim to keep your site online continuously, but we do not offer a formal uptime guarantee. Planned maintenance is scheduled to be as unobtrusive as possible, and we will tell you in advance where it might be noticeable.
11. Disclaimers
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” without further warranties. We do not promise particular search rankings, traffic volumes, lead counts or revenue — those depend on your market, your competitors and factors outside anyone's control.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 or 12 — decide months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Indemnity
You agree to cover us against claims arising from content you supplied — for example a claim that an image you sent us infringes someone's copyright — and from your use of the service in breach of these terms.
14. Changes to these terms and to pricing
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Material changes will be emailed to account holders before they take effect.
Your monthly price is fixed for as long as your subscription runs continuously. If we change plan pricing, we will give existing subscribers at least 30 days' notice before it affects them, and you can cancel before it does.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of state, United States, and the courts of county and state have exclusive jurisdiction.
